Mr Muhammad Afiq Mohd Azlin President, Malaysian Society of Wound Ostomy Continence Nurses (MSWOCN)

Muhammad Afiq Mohd Azlin is an experienced Surgical Nurse and Certified Enterostomal Therapy Nurse with over 13 years of clinical experience in post-operative care, wound, stoma, and continence management. He began his nursing career at Subang Jaya Medical Centre and has served at Penang Adventist Hospital since 2015, where he currently holds the role of Acting Supervisor in the Surgical Unit. Beyond his clinical responsibilities, he is actively involved in several professional associations. He serves as a committee member of the Malaysian Ostomy Society Association (MOsA), Assistant Secretary for the Persatuan Ostomi Pulau Pinang, and is the current President of the Malaysian Society of Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nurses (MSWOCN). He is also a proud member of the World Council of Enterostomal Therapists (WCET), contributing to the advancement of wound, ostomy, and continence care at both national and international levels.
