Registration Policy

Name Change / Substitution

All registrations are only valid for the registered person. A registered delegate who is unable to attend the congress may nominate (free of charge) a substitute delegate by notifying the Congress Secretariat in writing by 1 June 2025 with complete information as required in the online registration form.

Cancellation

  1. All cancellation requests for delegates who have registered for APETNA 2025 must be submitted in writing via email to the Congress Secretariat at secretariat@apetna2025.com
  2. Refunds will be processed post-conference according to the following policy:
    • Cancellation on or before 15 April 2025: 75% refund.
    • Cancellation after 15 April 2025: No refund will be provided.

  • The Committee reserves the right to change the date(s) or speaker(s), if deem fit, without prior notice.
  • The Committee further reserves the right to cancel/postpone the event without liability other than return of the course fee.
