Who Can Enter: Open to all registered APETNA 2025 conference attendees, including practising nurses, educators, students, and allied healthcare professionals.
Original Work: All submissions must be the original work of the participant(s). Collaborative projects are welcome, but all team members must be registered for the conference.
Peer Review: All submissions will be reviewed for content quality and audio-visual clarity.
Language: The video must be narrated in English.
Submission Limit: Each participant or team may submit only ONE entry, unless stated otherwise.
Disqualification: Videos that fail to meet content, technical, or submission requirements will be disqualified.
Video Format & Duration
Maximum duration: maximum 7 minutes. Videos that are longer than 7 minutes in duration will be automatically rejected.
No file size limit, but ensure high-quality video and audio
Format: MP4 with a frame rate of at least 30 frames per second.
Aspect Ratio: Standard 16:9
Resolution: 1080p (1920x1080)
Content Guidelines
Relevance to Theme: The video must focus on enterostomal therapy, covering aspects of stoma, wound, and continence care. It should highlight patient care innovations or provide educational insights within the field.
Storytelling: Deliver a compelling and structured narrative that is clinically relevant and professionally enriching.
Educational Value: The content should be accurate, evidence-based, and contribute constructively to professional knowledge in the field.
Creative Approach: Use innovative presentation techniques, engaging visuals, and clear, concise messaging to enhance audience engagement and understanding.
