Dr Sit Tin-Yan, Cecilia
Dr. Cecilia Sit is an experienced nurse educator, Enterostomal Therapist, and Advanced Practice Nurse specializing in nursing education and research. As Senior Lecturer at the School of Nursing, The University of Hong Kong, she teaches both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, and leads curriculum development, innovative teaching, and quality assurance initiatives. As Chairman of the Hong Kong Enterostomal Therapists Association, Dr. Sit has extensive experience organizing professional development activities for healthcare professionals. She is actively involved in designing and assessing education related to wound, stoma and continence care, with a particular focus on quality assessment and competency-based training. As a core member of the accreditation team in Hong Kong, she contributes to the evaluation of ETNEP and REP programmes, promoting best practices in the field.
